We are seeking a hands-on, creative, and strategic Head of Marketing with a “get sh*t done” attitude to establish and grow our marketing function. If you thrive on rolling up your sleeves and delivering results, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Category Leadership: We invented Spatial AI. Help define and execute strategies to establish and grow awareness of the Spatial AI category through AR/PR and outbound marketing efforts.
- Lead Generation Strategies: Develop innovative lead generation initiatives to attract, engage, and nurture prospective customers across multiple channels.
- Content Creation: Create original, engaging, and high-quality content, including blog posts, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct hands-on analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree and street smarts.
- Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of leading initiatives and driving business growth, particularly in startups and fast-paced environments.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site at our office in Redmond, WA. We believe creative work and great ideas come from face-to-face interactions. Business travel requirements are anticipated to be no more than 20-25% per month.
Skills
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and a hustle mindset.
- A sense of humor and a passion for storytelling.
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Industry knowledge in AI, food service, or technology startups is a plus.
Salary Range and Benefits
- $140,000 - $180,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location

Pay Transparency Notice
The annual base salary for this position based in the United States is detailed above. The salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Nomad Go’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Nomad Go utilizes the full width of the range. In addition to the salary range, U.S employees are eligible for a stock option grant and to participate in the company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) participation, paid time off and certain leaves of absence.
